- Gage Tolerances
We offers 5H, 6H, 7H, 6G and 4h, 6g, 8g metric pitch diameters and 1B, 2B, 3B, 1A, 2A, & 3A inches pitch diameter dimensions for thread gages. Pitch diameters are the most important characteristic because it reflects the widest spectrum of possible defects in a thread. Pitch diameters can be accurately measured by users. Metric plug and ring gauges ISO to BS 3643, BS 919. JIS metric (Janpanes Standard) to JIS B0251, Class 1, 2 and 3. Unified pitch such as UNC (Unified Coarse Pitch), UNF (Unified Fine Pitch), UNEF (Unified Extra Fine Pitch) to ANSI / ASME B1.2 to BS 1580 and BS 919.
- Whitworth (BSW, BSF, WHIT MED)
Gauges for testing parallel threads having a full form Whitworth profile are manufactured to BS 84 and BS 919. BS 84 specifies basic information for Whitworth form and tabulates diameters for threads designated BSW and BSF. BS 919 specifies the limits for gauges with threads having a full form profile.

- Taper Thread (NPT, NPTF, PT, BSP-T, Rc, ANPT)
NPT and NPTF gage document provides a complete overview of general purpose and dryseal pipe threads. This document describes the differences between class 1 and class 2 NPTF threads. L1, L2, L3, and 6 step gages are described in detail.
