At ANS Advance Nexus Solutions, we are not only design, develop and modify special cutting tool geometry, we do resharpenning standard or special cutting tools using CNC tool grinder. Upon customers' requirement, we provide coatings like TIN, TiALN, TiCN and Diamond to increase tool life and tool performance. Tools that regrinded by our team can achieve at least 80% or better tool life compare to original new tool. Some of the tools we experience previously like drill, stepdrill, reamer, formtool, special profile tool, sub land drill, lathe tool, brazed tools, endmill, palletizer cutter and ect.
