ANS Advance Solutions offer a full product line of precision gauges to satisfy our customers' requirement. Interchangeablility of every component regardless of the production conditions should be maintained, while highest productivity should be pursued by the best available means. Parts inspection systems employing gauges are highlighted to attain this purpose. There are two ways of controlling with gauges. In one, limit gauges consisting of GO and NO GO gauges are used to judge whether the dimensions of the parts are within the standard allowance or tolerance. When the use of many gauges is impractical, a controlling method is prefferred using standard gauges. Our gauges are widely used for the purpose of securing interchangeability of parts and are useful for quality assurance and improved productivity.

Pin Gauge

Reversible gauge can have up to twice the useful life compared to non reversible type because most of the wear in use occurs as the gauge is presented to a hole. With reversible gauges, the gauging element can simply be removed from its handle, reversed and refitted presenting a fresh, unknown gauge end.



Thread plug & ring gage
  • Range from 0.08 to 350.00 mm / 0.030 - 13.800 in.
  • Unified thread plug to JIS and H28 standard.
  • Metric thread plug to JIS, DIN and ISO 1502 standard.

Certain classifications of screws are measured with matching limit gauges. Specific suitable gauges are used for checking various screws such as metric screws, unified screws, parallel pipe thread, bicycle screws, sewing machine screws, fire extinguisher screw, ect. Where the pitch diameter of the thread is to be measured, the GO gauge should pass easily and the NO GO gauge should enter no more than two turn (according to JIS standard) in order to meet the inspection tolerance of that class of the standard.
